Arguments for and against any training
There are many arguments for and against any training. The proponents say that they are important and others opposing the saying say that work is enough, training is unnecessary. With some of the age old trades which need only the general awareness and some tricky knowledge this can be partially true but not with some of the trades dealing with advanced technology and its applications. SEO is the trade which deals with internet and its applications and so the knowledge of its working is not common to everyone; it needs training or at least a way of initiating to the inner knowledge which also needs a basic understanding of the systems working. Similarly for PPC training or SEO training the knowledge of web design is required or it should also be included in the training so that the job does not put any blank moments.
Security training is a necessity when breaching it is considered a possibility. Web security is also that. It is a very tricky issue as once a person is taught the intricacies of web security there is no guarantee that the same will not turn against it to harm. So internet security changes very rapidly and a regular training programme is needed to remain relevant in this business.
From the view point of web design every training is revised in a gap of six months to a year as the technologies in this field changes very rapidly and a month old programme can also become obsolete. To remain in a working condition and not turn in to a technological dinosaur revision of the trainings are important. In this regard Joomla can be considered and compared with the early web designing processes. In Joomla most of the jobs are done automated or there are provisions for doing so and so the process working with a web site designed by application of Joomla is much different and improved from the earlier ones. Knowing the tricks will not come easy. For that to happen training is needed and Joomla SEO training is not general SEO training.
